Charles Haugh
President
Charles Haugh, Principal and Founder of Resource Enterprises, has
an impressive real estate background that includes over 30 years
in the industry. Prior to starting his company in 1977, Mr. Haugh
was involved in the development and construction of some of the
most prestigious properties in the Baltimore-Washington market.
Mr. Haugh continues to play an active leadership role within the
company and the community. His hands-on management style and commitment
to uncompromising quality and personal service have shaped Resource
Enterprises into the successful company it is today. |

Kevin J. McNulty
Senior Vice President
Kevin McNulty joined Resource Enterprises in 1989. During his
tenure with the company, he has been directly involved with retail
and office leasing, as well as property management and development
for a variety of properties in the company’s portfolio.
His responsibilities include managing the day-to-day business of
the corporation and the development of growth opportunities in the
areas of property management, leasing, redevelopment, and sales
and acquisitions. |

Kim Haugh, CPA
Director of Accounting
Kim Haugh joined Resource Enterprises in 2001 bringing over 15
years of certified public accounting experience to the firm. Her
responsibilities include directing the accounting department for
the property management division of the company as well as corporate
accounting functions. She oversees all aspects of client accounting
services, including development of customized client reports and
financial statement preparation. In addition, she is the system
administrator for the computer network system. |
